Billing questions
How does the free trial work?
The first number on your account gets 5 days on the Premium tier, no payment needed. When it ends, choose a plan to keep the number active — your API key and WhatsApp link stay the same.
Which cryptocurrencies can I pay with?
Bitcoin on-chain and Lightning Network are always available. Other coins depend on what our BTCPay store has enabled at checkout. Your plan activates automatically once the payment is confirmed.
Can I upgrade or add numbers later?
Yes. Buy a higher plan for a number at any time; it takes effect immediately and extends your current period. Add as many numbers as you need, each billed separately.
What happens if I don't renew?
When a plan expires the number is suspended: the API returns a payment-required error and sending pauses, but your settings, logs and WhatsApp link are kept. Renew and everything resumes within seconds.
Do you offer reseller or volume pricing?
Yes — if you run 10+ numbers or want to offer WhatsApp messaging to your own clients, get in touch.
