Signed & retried
Every delivery carries an HMAC-SHA256 signature so you can trust it, and failed deliveries retry five times with exponential backoff. A delivery log in the dashboard shows exactly what happened.
Inbound media
Photos, voice notes and documents customers send you are stored and downloadable via the API for as long as you need them.
Auto-replies
Match on exact text, keywords, prefixes, regex or “any message”. Reply instantly to FAQs and out-of-hours enquiries with zero code.
Read receipts & calls
Optionally mark incoming messages as read, and auto-reject voice/video calls to your business number.

Reliability & safety
Always-on sessions
Your WhatsApp session runs on our servers 24/7. Sessions survive restarts and reconnect automatically with backoff if WhatsApp drops the link.
Durable queue
Sends are stored before they're sent. If your number is offline for a while, nothing is lost — the queue flushes when it reconnects.
Human-like pacing
Randomised delays between messages and a “typing…” indicator keep sending patterns natural, which is the single most effective way to avoid WhatsApp blocks.
Delivery reports
Track each message through queued → sent → delivered → read, via webhook or API, with a reference ID of your choosing.
Encrypted at rest
WhatsApp session credentials are AES-256 encrypted in our database. API keys and webhook secrets can be rotated at any time.
Pairing-code linking
No camera handy? Link your number by typing an 8-character code into WhatsApp instead of scanning a QR.
